Hibiki 30 Year Old (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki 30 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, made from malt and grain whiskies aged for 30 years or more. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The colour is a deep amber, and the aroma is rich, with dried fruit, soft spices and fine wood. On the nose it is described with leather, grape, plum, chestnut, strawberry jam and fresh berries. The palate brings brown sugar, dried fig, apricot jam, cedar and gingerbread. The finish is extremely rich, with cinnamon and Mizunara, Japanese oak.
