Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2025 is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is the latest in an annual series that Hibiki has released since 2021.
The blend draws on a range of casks, including ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and sakura, which is cherry wood. This year, grain whisky aged in sakura casks adds a distinctive accent.
The nose is floral, with cherry blossom and osmanthus. The palate is smooth, with acacia honey, La France pear and a sweetness reminiscent of sakura mochi, followed by a long, rich and vibrant finish.
