Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It brings together malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
It comes in the 24-faceted Hibiki bottle, each facet symbolising an aspect of nature.
The nose is fresh fruit, with orange peel and peach, delicate floral notes and a hint of honey. The palate is smooth and well rounded, with sweet vanilla, toasted oak and subtle spice, and a little Mizunara oak adding depth. The finish is clean and fresh, with lingering fruit and a touch of nuttiness.
