Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Suntory whisky from Japan, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is amber in colour. The nose brings rose, lychee and a little rosemary, with ripe wood and sandalwood. On the palate there is honey sweetness, candied citrus peel and white chocolate. The finish is gentle, long and delicate, carrying the fragrance of mizunara oak.
