Hidalgo Fino is a dry fino sherry from Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain, sold in a 75cl bottle. It is made from Palomino and sits within the Jerez-Xerès-Sherry DO. The wine ages biologically under flor yeast in a traditional solera system. The Sanlúcar coastal setting gives it the savoury, saline character of a Manzanilla-style fino, with a crisp, dry profile. The bodega dates to 1792, and this is its everyday biologically aged expression.
