High Coast Distillery – Timmer

Timmer is a peated single malt from High Coast Distillery, matured in first fill Bourbon barrels. It belongs to the Origins series, a quartet of whiskies that draw on the distillery's heritage, location, history and geography. Timmer is the peated one, named as a tribute to the men and women who once lived and worked there, steering heavy logs downstream through icy water and keeping warm by fires burning beneath the moonlight.
