This is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from High West, aged for a minimum of two years in charred white American oak barrels. It is never chill-filtered or carbon-treated.
The blend draws on a variety of high-rye mash bills, which give an earthy complexity with a little spice.
Tasting notes describe honey nougat, sweet cornbread biscuits and lemon zest, with caramel apples and pecan pie lingering on the finish.
