High West American Prairie Bourbon (70cl)

American Prairie Bourbon is a small-batch blend of two straight bourbons from High West, in a 70cl bottle. One is a 6 year old from the Seagram's distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, with a mashbill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley. The other is a 10 year old from Four Roses, with a higher rye content: 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley. The name comes from the American Prairie reserve, a 5,000 square mile wildlife reserve in northeastern Montana. High West donates 10% of its post-tax profits from this whiskey to the project.
