High West American Prairie Bourbon (70cl)

High West American Prairie Bourbon is a small-batch blend of two straight bourbons, in a 70cl bottle. One is 6 years old, from Seagram's in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, with a mashbill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% barley malt. The other is 10 years old, from Four Roses, with a higher rye content: 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% barley malt. It is named after the American Prairie wildlife reserve in northeastern Montana, a 5,000 square mile area described as the largest in the lower 48 states. High West donates 10% of post-tax profits from this whiskey to the project.
