High West Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

This is a small-batch straight bourbon from High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. It follows the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, so it was distilled, aged and bottled at the one distillery within a single distilling season. This bottling was distilled in the fall of 2020 and is bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It has been aged for a minimum of four years. The nose offers toffee, honeysuckle and light floral notes. On the palate come red apples, brown butter and caramelised sugar, leading to a long, warming finish with spice and oak.
