High West Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) and never chill-filtered. The whiskeys are aged for a minimum of two years in charred American oak barrels.
The nose offers honey nougat and fresh cornbread biscuits. On the palate come lemon zest and caramel apples, and the finish carries pecan pie with a lingering spice.
