High West Cask Collection Sauvignon Blanc Barrel is a blended American whiskey from the Park City, Utah distillery, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. Selected straight whiskeys are blended and then finished in second-use barrels that previously held Sauvignon Blanc wine.
The notes run to caramel, vanilla and baking spice from the whiskey, with orchard fruit and citrus zest from the white-wine wood, and a clean, gently dry finish.
