High West Double Rye Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Double Rye is a blend of straight rye whiskies from High West, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whiskies come from several distilleries. It pairs a high-rye 2 year old, with its feisty character, with older whisky. The extra age adds some sweetness that softens the bite of the younger rye. High West was founded in Utah by David Perkins, who set out to make a Rocky Mountain whiskey and bring small-batch distilling back to the state.
