High West High Country American Single Malt Whiskey

An American single malt from High West, made as a blend of malt whiskeys distilled in copper pot stills high in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. The malts are aged for a minimum of two years, distilled on the grain and left unfiltered. High West created it as admirers of Scotland's single malts, aiming for a true American single malt with the pioneering spirit of the American west. Apricot, toasted marshmallow and roasted walnut come first, followed by honeycomb, sourdough toast and a hint of smoked lemon peel on the finish.
