High West Rendezvous Rye is an American whiskey blended from straight rye whiskeys, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The high rye mashbills behind it give a botanical and spicy character.
It is not chill filtered, which keeps the natural oils intact and gives a full-bodied finish.
In the glass it is described as having notes of honey, mint, molasses and dried fruit.
