Highland Park – 12 Year Old (2024 Re-Design) (40%)

Highland Park 12 Year Old is a single malt from Orkney, bottled at 40% in the 2024 re-designed presentation. The bottle has a cleaner look, with heather motifs engraved in the glass and foil accents on the label. The whisky matures in sherry-seasoned oak, which gives it a natural golden colour. Heathered peat from the islands adds a light smoke. The nose is fresh and floral, with heather honey and a little citrus. The palate is sweet and spicy, with roasted orange, jasmine and fruit cake. The finish is long, with peppery spice, wood, orange peel and gentle smoke.
