Highland Park – 12 Years Viking Honour (70cl, 40%)

Highland Park 12 Years Viking Honour is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, matured for twelve years and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Fruity sweetness, warm spices and Highland Park's aromatic peat smoke sit in balance. The tasting notes mention heather honey, orange, vanilla and spicy fruitcake, followed by a smooth, slightly smoky finish.
