Highland Park 15 Year Old is an Orkney single malt in a redesigned bottle for 2024, bottled at 44%. It matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, along with refill casks, which give it a deep golden colour that comes naturally from the wood.
The nose is fresh and floral, with honey, glazed pineapple, vanilla and a touch of lemon. On the palate, warm vanilla, pineapple and lemon meet cinnamon and a little heather peat smoke. The finish is long and soft, with vanilla, spiced toast and gentle aromatic smoke.
