This is a 15 year old single malt from Highland Park, distilled in Kirkwall on Orkney. It is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle and has natural colour.
The whisky was matured mainly in sherry-seasoned European oak casks, together with sherry-seasoned and refill American oak casks.
It is described as having toasted cinnamon, mellow peat smoke and warm vanilla sponge cake, alongside lemon zest, fresh pineapple and heather honey.
