This is a 17 year old Highland Park single malt, distilled in 2008 and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel. Murray McDavid bottled it in 2026 at a natural cask strength of 54.1% ABV, without dilution. The outturn was 564 bottles.
The nose combines ripe pear and juicy stone fruit with soft vanilla. On the palate there is clear apple fruit and a very restrained touch of smoke. The finish brings oily malt and nutmeg spice, followed by a long, floral trace of peat.
