This Highland Park single cask was filled into a refill butt on 18th October 2001 and bottled on 14th August 2020, after 18 years of maturation. It yielded 458 bottles, each at 63% and non-chill filtered.
The nose offers roasted peaches and spiced black cherries. On the palate come sugar-glazed plums, aromatic chai tea and honeyed peat smoke. The finish is intensely spicy, with a hint of nutty toasted oak.
