This is an 18 year old Highland Park single malt from Orkney's Islands group, bottled by Signatory Vintage in an Ibisco decanter. The whisky was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2024.
It is a smoky malt. Fine smoke and a strong sweetness lead on the nose, with heather, vanilla and a maritime note alongside.
On the palate the smoke is clear, with fruity touches, some malt and a pleasant sweetness. The finish carries a gentle maritime note.
