This is an 18 year old Orkney single malt from Highland Park, bottled at 43%. It was matured in first-fill, sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks and has a natural amber colour.
The bottle wears the distillery's 2024 redesign, a minimalist look inspired by Orkney's landscape and light, with heather tones and glowing foil details.
The nose is sweet and aromatic, with caramelised fruit, light smoke, dark chocolate and orange peel. On the palate there are baked cherries, dark chocolate and salted honey, with heather-smoked peat. The finish is long and spicy, with a nutty touch and lingering smoky sweetness.
