Highland Park – 2003/2022 Duncan Taylor The Octave 18 Years Old (70cl, 53.6%)

This Highland Park was distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2022 by Duncan Taylor for its Octave bottlings, at 18 years old. It was matured in a sherry octave cask and bottled at 53.6% in a 70cl bottle. The outturn was 88 bottles. Highland Park is in Kirkwall on Mainland, Orkney, and is the northernmost whisky distillery in Scotland. It has held a licence since 1826, after Robert Borwick had it built in 1825.
