A 14-year-old Highland Park single malt distilled in 2006 and bottled by Duncan Taylor as part of its Octave series.
The series moves whisky into 50-litre octave casks, much smaller than traditional casks. The greater contact with the wood is meant to speed up flavour development and give a richer, more concentrated expression of the Orkney distillery's character.
