This is a nine-year-old Highland Park from the Orkney islands, part of the Cooper's Choice series and its Golden Cut Collection. It was bottled by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company at 50%.
The whisky was distilled in November 2015 and matured in American oak, then finished in a Sauternes cask. It was bottled in 2025 from cask number 89, and the cask yielded 342 bottles.
