A Highland Park 25 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky, released in 2006 at 48.1% ABV.
The nose brings mature oak, chocolate and fudge, with heather, peat and honey alongside. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, nutty toffee and honey that builds steadily, balanced by oaky dryness and a touch of winter spice.
The finish is long, warm and spicy, with oak and smouldering peat, and some honey arriving late.
