Highland Park 25 Year Old is a single malt from Orkney, in its 2022 release. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks together with bourbon casks, in Orkney's temperate climate. It is full-bodied.
The palate is rich and nutty with spice, balanced by sweet dried fruits, toffee and fudge.
