Highland Park 25 Year Old Spring 2019 is a single malt from the Orkney distillery, bottled at 46%. Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion created it from 20 selected casks, a mix of European oak, ex-bourbon and refill casks.
The nose is rich and golden, with warm hints of copper. The palate is nutty, with honey and Oloroso sherry, and the finish is medium dry with heather peat smoke and a salted note. Rich vanilla and honey fudge sit over smouldering Orkney peat and sea spray.
