The third batch of Highland Park Cask Strength, a single malt from Orkney bottled without dilution at 64.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It matures in a mix of American and European oak sherry casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers honey, dried fruit and orange peel with warm spice, vanilla and a soft peat smoke. On the palate come sherry, raisins and toffee, with cinnamon and nutmeg and the smoke woven through. The finish is long and warming, with sweet spice, light smoke and dry oak.
