Highland Park Dragon Legend is a single malt from the Orkney Islands, Scotland, inspired by the Viking legend of Sigurd and the dragon Fafnir. It is bottled at 43.1% in a 70cl bottle.
A higher proportion of locally peated malt gives it a pronounced, aromatic smokiness, and it was matured in sherry-prepared oak casks.
The tasting notes mention heather honey, citrus, vanilla and fruitcake, with spicy oak and soft peat smoke.
