This is a limited edition Highland Park single malt made in support of the Orkney Rowing Club. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle goes to the club's charitable fundraising. It takes its inspiration from Orkney's seafaring heritage.
The whisky is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and refill casks and bottled at 58% ABV. The release runs to 4,000 bottles.
It is described as balancing honeyed sweetness and vanilla with warming root ginger and aromatic peat smoke.
