Highland Park The Dark is a 17-year-old Orkney single malt Scotch whisky, a limited edition from 2017 inspired by the dark autumn and winter months on the islands. Only 28,000 bottles were released worldwide.
It was matured exclusively in European oak sherry casks and bottled at 52.9% without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle. The profile is intense and layered, with dried figs, plums, fruitcake, warm spices, dark chocolate and Highland Park's heather peat smoke.
