Highland Park – The Dolphins (Second Edition)

Highland Park The Dolphins (Second Edition) is an Orkney single malt made as an officially licensed whisky for the Royal Navy Submarine Service. It takes its name from the Dolphins badge, awarded to submariners who complete the Submarine Command Course. The Second Edition was first produced for members of the Submarine Service and later released to members of the Highland Park Inner Circle. The bottle is glossy black and carries the gold Dolphins insignia. It is described as honeyed and sweet, with gentle smoke, warming spice and a subtle maritime character.
