Highland Park – Yesnaby (58.9%)

Highland Park Yesnaby is a limited edition single malt from the distillery's Keystones series, which celebrates cool, even maturation. It is named after the cliffs on Orkney's Atlantic coast. The whisky comes from just three first-fill sherry seasoned oak casks distilled in 2005, and is bottled at a cask strength of 58.9% ABV. 1,200 bottles were released. It is described as having rich, slightly dusty vanilla, light camphor, sweet heathery smoke and exotic spice, with a long, balanced finish of gentle woody spice and soft smoke.
