Hillrock Double Cask Rye Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Hillrock Double Cask Rye is an American rye whiskey from Hillrock Estate Distillery in Ancram, in New York's Hudson Valley. It is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. Hillrock grows its own grain and malts on site. For this rye, the whiskey is matured in more than one type of cask before bottling. The nose offers rye spice, caramel and oak. On the palate, peppery rye sits over vanilla and toasted oak, and the finish is warm and lightly spiced.
