The distillery grows grain on its own estate and malts on site. Here its Double Cask Rye is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which bring dried-fruit and molasses richness to the rye. The nose offers raisin, fig and dark chocolate over rye spice. On the palate, dried-fruit sweetness and molasses meet peppery rye, and the finish is long, with dark fruit and oak.
