A rye whiskey from Hillrock, finished in Pedro Ximénez casks as a double cask expression.
The distillery makes its spirit from grain grown on its own estate in the Hudson Valley Highlands. The grain is floor malted, distilled in a copper pot still, aged in oak and bottled by hand at the estate. The distillery occupies a Georgian house dating from 1806, overlooking its barley fields and the distant Berkshire Mountains.
