Hillrock Single Malt is a New York single malt whiskey, bottled at 48.2% ABV (86 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is malty and led by cereal, with hints of smoke and some fruit sitting beneath a note of toasted breakfast cereal. On the palate come savoury, racy spices, pepper and cloves, with wood influence building behind them. Well-fired barley and grain remain the strongest character in a youthful but expressive spirit.
