Hillrock Single Malt Whiskey (75cl)

Hillrock Single Malt is an American single malt whiskey from Hillrock Estate Distillery in Ancram, in New York's Hudson Valley, sold in a 750ml bottle. The distillery works from field to glass. It grows grain on its own estate, malts it in an on-site malt house and distils on a farm scale, and the whiskey is aged by traditional methods. The result is an American single malt made from malted barley at a single distillery, in a style distinct from Scottish or Irish single malt.
