A five-year-old Irish whiskey from Hinch, matured twice in wooden casks. The double maturation is what defines this bottling. The nose brings soft vanilla, honey and toasted oak. On the palate come caramel, fine spices and gentle fruit. It can be taken neat, over ice or in classic cocktails.
