Hinch Small Batch is a blended Irish whiskey, made by marrying single malt and single grain whiskeys in small batches. It is bottled at 43% ABV.
The whiskey spends three to four years in first fill bourbon casks, which bring fruit, vanilla and caramel and a light hazelnut colour. It is made in County Down.
The nose is sweet wood and toffee. On the palate, dried fruit meets citrus over a lingering caramel undertone.
