This is a small-batch wheated bourbon from Holladay Distillery, made from a blend of six-year-old barrels. The barrels were chosen from the heart of the distillery's rickhouses, where the position is said to give balanced maturation. It is described as rich and smooth, with notes of sweet caramel, vanilla, baking spices, roasted almonds and burnt cherry.
