Horse Soldier Signature Small Batch Bourbon (47.5%)

This is a small batch wheated bourbon from American Freedom Distillery, bottled at 95 proof (47.5%). The mash bill is 70% corn, 20% red winter wheat and 10% malted barley. It is blended from small batches of mature whiskey and is intended for sipping neat or over ice, though it can also go into cocktails such as the Sazerac, the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan.
