Howler Head is a flavoured bourbon from Kentucky, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It starts with Kentucky straight bourbon aged in American white oak barrels, which is then blended with natural banana flavour.
It is the official flavoured whiskey partner of the UFC.
The nose brings ripe bananas, caramel and vanilla, with a little oak and spice. On the palate there is sweet banana bread, brown sugar and toasted oak alongside warm bourbon spice. The finish is creamy, sweet and lightly spiced, with the banana note lingering.
