Ichiro's Malt Double Distilleries 2021 (Chichibu x Komagatake) (70cl)

Ichiro's Malt Double Distilleries 2021 is a limited edition blended malt in a 70cl bottle, created by Ichiro Akuto from single malts of two Japanese distilleries, Chichibu and Mars (Komagatake). Sharing casks between distilleries has historically been rare in Japan, which gives this blend its distinct place among Japanese whisky. The nose offers ripe pineapple and mango, with a touch of green banana and lemon. The palate shows rich vanilla custard, salted caramel and cinnamon, and the finish brings burnt orange and black pepper.
