An 8 year old American rye whiskey from Indiana, finished in a second fill Tokaji barrel and bottled by Fragrant Drops at 56.8% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is highly perfumed: lemon bon bons, tinned peaches, jasmine, golden syrup, lychee, candied ginger and rose water. On the palate come ginger cake, plum, cherry, icing sugar, apricot and orange marmalade. The finish is long and honeyed, with lemon curd, cedar and cinnamon.
