Indri Trini Three Wood is an Indian whisky matured for at least six years in bourbon, PX and sherry casks, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. That is a long time for India, and especially for Delhi in the north, where temperatures swing from 50 degrees Celsius in summer to below freezing in winter and the whisky matures quickly in the oak.
The taste is light and fruity, with a soft start of peach and apple, followed by subtle vanilla and a touch of spice.
