Lazy Daze is an Australian single malt from Tin Shed Distilling Co, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is built on whisky from a first-fill Heaven Hill bourbon cask, adjusted with a smoky whisky matured in Shiraz casks.
The nose is light, with tropical fruit and a hint of citrus. The palate brings mango, pineapple and a hint of banana, coating the tongue gently. The finish is subtle, gentle and very long.
