Flustercluck Too is an Australian single malt from Tin Shed Distilling Co, bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle. It spent three years in two 100-litre American oak port casks, with Parawa peat smoke, before being married with four-year-old unpeated whisky from French oak casks.
The nose brings honey on burnt toast, lemon zest, campfire ash, redgum smoke and sea spray. The palate is lively, with lemon sherbet and floral notes broken by waves of smoke. The finish opens with white pepper and barbecued pineapple, then returns with earthy smoke.
